Minimum spend

Zone 1–2 (2 guests): £90 minimum spend on selected services.

This covers menu planning, prep, cooking and service for smaller bookings.

Larger groups and additional zones are priced based on guest count, menu style, and service requirements.

 

Staffing (optional, quoted by hours)

For plated fine dining, larger groups, or a more elevated hosting experience, staffing can be added:

  • Front of House (FOH): £17 per hour
  • Assistant Chef: £25 per hour

Recommended for plated service and events where you want seamless hosting and faster course transitions.


Travel

Travel included within Zone 1–3

For locations outside Zone 1–3, travel is quoted based on distance/time.

Booking process

  1. Enquire with your date, guest count, postcode, and budget
  2. Receive a menu direction + clear quote
  3. 10% deposit secures your date
  4. Balance due 14 days before the event
  5. Final confirmation 7 days before (timings + dietary + headcount)
